Spinach Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 oz.) can artichoke hearts
1 small can diced green chilies
Preparation

Defrost and drain spinach well.
Drain artichoke hearts and chop up.
Drain green chilies.
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour into Pyrex dish and place under broiler until top is golden brown or in 325\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with Wheat Thins.
Yields 10 servings.
