Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. beef brisket (not corned beef)
    1 small bottle liquid smoke
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Pierce the brisket with a fork repeatedly; pour about 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle of liquid smoke over it.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
