Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, saving 1 can tomato sauce.
    Roll into balls; sear in skillet.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Cover.
    Cook until done all the way through.
