Snickerdoodles(Cookies; Serves 18 Large) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll into balls (walnut size). Roll into 2 teaspoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon (mixed together).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
