Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
1/3 c. mushroom slices
1/2 c. half and half
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 lb. ham pieces
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into prebaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
