Pineapple Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple (well drained)
1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 graham cracker crusts
Preparation

Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water.
Let cool.
Cream cheese, pineapple and sugar; slowly add Jell-O mixture.
Chill in refrigerator until it starts to set.
Put condensed milk in a bowl into freezer.
When it starts to freeze, whip like whipping cream. Add lemon juice.
Fold in cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Makes two large pies.
Refrigerate overnight.
