Cheese-Rice-Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    vegetable oil
    4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook onion in small amount of oil until tender; add zucchini and cook until slightly tender.
    In a small casserole dish, layer 1/2 of rice, then 1/2 of soup, 1/2 zucchini mixture and 1/2 of the cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
