Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 stick butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Beat together.
    Store in freezer.
    To use, put 3 tablespoons mixture in mug; add 1 jigger rum.
    Fill with boiling water and top with whipped cream.
    Enjoy! (Cinnamon stick optional.)
