Deep South Ovenly Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up or your favorite pieces
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, seasoning and pecans.
    Dip chicken in evaporated milk and roll in flour mixture.
    Melt butter in shallow pan and place chicken in pan, leaving 1/2-inch between pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes; turn pieces and cook 20 minutes longer.
