Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 c. Ricotta
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 beaten egg
    1 lb. sliced Muenster cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Mix drained spinach with Ricotta, onion, salt and pepper and egg.
    Line pie plate with 1/2 cheese. Pour spinach mixture into pie plate.
    Cover with remaining cheese. Place in oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Let set 10 to 15 minutes, then slice like pie.
