Glazed Chinese Style Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. country ribs or spareribs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. apple or currant jelly
    1/3 c. honey
    1/3 c. pineapple juice or 1/3 c. Port wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. red food coloring
    1 c. sliced pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Cut ribs.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Sprinkle the garlic and place salt on them.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
