Banana Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 medium mashed bananas
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Put bananas in bowl; beat.
Add shortening, eggs and sweetener.
Mix well.
Add dry ingredients. Mix with spoon.
Pour into loaf pan (grease pan well).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.
