Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 10 potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    salt, pepper and parsley to taste
    1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 slices white bread, cubed
    1 c. melted butter
    enough milk to moisten
    handful crumbled corn flakes
Preparation
    Cook, peel and cube potatoes.
    Add seasonings.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Add cheese, bread and melted butter.
    Add enough milk just to moisten.
    Combine all ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with a handful of crumbled corn flakes. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8 to 10.
