Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat very well all ingredients. Pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake until silver knife inserted into side of filling comes out clean.
Center may look soft, but it will set later.
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 425\u00b0.
This recipe yields two pies or 1 deep dish pie.
