Parmesan Rounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves sliced white bread
butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 green onions, chopped
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat broiler.
Using a 1-inch round cutter, cut 3 to 4 circles from each bread slice.
Butter one side of each circle. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet.
Broil until lightly toasted.
Turn and broil unbuttered side until lightly toasted. Transfer to rack and cool.
