Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced or grated zucchini
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 c. Bisquick
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Pour into 10-inch pie plate.
Bake 1/2 to 3/4 hour or until golden brown at 325\u00b0.
