Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
3 Tbsp. melted margarine or shortening
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add salt, milk, sugar, flour and melted shortening.
Put all in blender or electric mixer.
Put margarine in a heavy skillet.
Be sure the pan is real hot.
Add about a 1/3 cup of batter in the skillet.
As soon as it looks cooked, turn and cook on the other side.
It doesn't take long.
Serve with jam or syrup or butter.
Roll up.
