1 - 16 oz pkg oreos (crushed)
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c butter
1 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 c milk
1 - 12 oz container cool whip
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar, add pudding and milk.
Fold in cool whip and vanilla.
Layer cream mixture and oreos in a large bowl, beginning and ending with oreos.
