Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. ham, in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. kielbasa, in 1/2-inch pieces
    1 large onion, diced
    1 green and 1 yellow pepper, diced
    2 celery ribs, diced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 c. raw, long grain rice
    15 oz. seasoned diced tomatoes
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet. Add ham and kielbasa.
    Heat 7 to 8 minutes.
    With slotted spoon, remove from pan.
    In same skillet, saute onion, peppers, celery and garlic 5 to 6 minutes until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat to boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add ham and kielbasa. Cover and simmer 4 more minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
