Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, warmed
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. dill seed
1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix and cover.
Let rise in a warm place until double in size (about 1 hour).
Knead and let rise 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Serve warm.
