Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites, whip stiff
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    16 unsalted crackers, crushed
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. whipping cream
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Whip egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar gradually.
    Fold in crackers, nuts, salt and vanilla.
    Spread in greased floured pie tin.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with whipped cream. Refrigerate for several hours.
