Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken in large chunks, cooked
    2 c. diced celery
    2/3 c. sliced pecans or almonds
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pimentos, cut fine
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except chips and cheese.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with chips and cheese.
    Bake
    for
    25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Yields 12 servings.
