Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas and carrots
    1/4 c. chopped pimentos
    1 deep dish pastry shell
Preparation
    Put chopped onion in melted butter. Blend in flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Add broth.
    Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pastry shell (large).
    Bake for 30 minutes at 450\u00b0. Freezes well too.
