Microwave Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    paprika (optional)
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes and water in 3-quart casserole.
    Cook, covered, on full power 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain and stir in sour cream, cottage cheese, green pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Heat on full power 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika, if desired.
