Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry)
    2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
Preparation
    Place roast in metal baking dish.
    Pour French onion soup over roast and sprinkle with Good Seasons dressing.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour per pound.
    Remove roast from broth and shred meat.
    Put broth in a bowl and place in freezer to allow the grease to gel.
    Remove grease from broth and pour over shredded meat.
    Makes 6 to 8 sandwiches.
