flour
Preparation

The amount of flour depends on the size of the egg.
Mix together until mixed but not stiff.
Place on floured surface and roll out thin.
When you think you can't roll it any longer, roll it some more.
Let dry for 10 to 15 minutes.
Roll up into a thin roll and slice.
Spread out on a flat surface to dry several hours.
