Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    4 carrots, cut up
    1/2 c. corn
    1/2 c. celery
    1 yellow squash
    salt
    1 yellow onion
    1 bunch cauliflower
    1/2 c. green beans
    1/2 c. peas
    1 zucchini
    bay leaves
    pepper
    chicken or beef broth
Preparation
    Cut up broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini and yellow squash.
    Place all vegetables in large stock pot.
    Fill pot with water, covering vegetables completely and seasonings and broth for desired taste.
    Let simmer for at least 3 hours over low heat. Freezes well.
