Seafood Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 lb. medium shrimp, chunks
    1/2 lb. sea scallops, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. minced onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. arborio rice
    1 c. clam broth, hot
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Slowly add the ingredients and cook until absorbed.
    Add 2 tablespoons brandy or cognac.
    Add seafood to rice mixture.
    Stir in remaining 1/4 cup olive oil.
    Serves 4.
