Chicken And Rice(From The Files Of Louella Scott Williams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 fryer parts
    3 c. water
    salt, pepper and paprika (as required)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in water in saucepan.
    Add rice and soup and mix well.
    Add mixture to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika to taste and lay in dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (I skin chicken, place meaty side down and turn after 45 minutes.)
