White Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. white chocolate
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs, separated
    2 c. fresh frozen coconut
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in boiling water; set aside to cool.
    Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and soda; beat.
    Add chocolate and vanilla; beat.
    Add flour and buttermilk alternately; fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, coconut and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
