Easy Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
1 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 1/2 c. (28 oz.) tomato in puree
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
4 oz. dry wide-egg noodles, cooked and drained (1 1/2 c.)
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation

In large skillet, brown beef with onion and garlic.
Drain well.
Mix in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix in zucchini, cook for another 10 minutes.
Blend in noodles.
In 12 x 7-inch baking dish, layer half of meat mixture and half of cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
