Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Add sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Drop by teaspoon about 2-inches apart on well greased or sprayed cookie sheet (vegetable spray).
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.
    Recipe may be doubled.
