Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. can salmon, drained
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. grated onions
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    salt to taste
    1 c. chopped nuts
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Flake drained salmon with cream cheese.
    Add onions, lemon juice, liquid smoke and salt.
    Let stand several hours after mixing or refrigerate overnight.
    Make into log or ball.
    Roll in nuts and parsley mixture.
