Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Cornish hens
1 bottle cooking sherry
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 medium potatoes
4 slices bacon
Preparation

Salt hens and place in a large cooking bag.
Put onion and bell pepper over your hens.
Quarter potatoes and lay bacon over this.
Pour cooking sherry over all.
Tie bag and punch holes in bag.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
