Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract flavoring
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 ready-made graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Make sure cream cheese is soft (leave at room temperature for about 1 hour before preparation).
    Blend cream cheese and sugar first, then add other ingredients.
    Pour into graham cracker crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes and 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve chilled with fruit topping.
