Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small minced onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli following package directions.
    Drain well and reserve liquid.
    Melt butter; saute onion until tender.
    Add flour to onion; stir until smooth.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils.
    Add broccoli and 1 cup broccoli liquid.
    Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Stir.
    If soup is too thick, add more broccoli liquid or milk.
