Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. beef stock
    1 c. Rose or dry white wine
    1/4 lb. cut bacon
    1 can kidney or garbanzos
    2 c. shredded raw cabbage
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 lb. stewed tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1 c. diced zucchini (optional)
    1 sausage link, cooked (optional)
    1/4 lb. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large kettle combine all ingredients except the last 3. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add macaroni.
    Cook 45 minutes more.
    Before serving, stir in parsley and cheese.
