White Fruitcake(Makes 3 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    11 large eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. butter (no substitutes)
    1 lb. pecan pieces
    1 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. candied pineapple
    1 lb. white raisins
    1 lb. coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl.
    In another bowl, mix flour, salt and fruit.
    Add to creamed mixture.
    Mix well.
    Put in three loaf pans or use
    7 mini pans. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Less if using mini pans.
    Test with a toothpick.
