Deluxe Cornbread * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    1 c. sour cream (I use yogurt)
    1/2 c. salad oil (I use canola)
    1 c. canned cream-style corn
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (I use less)
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in sour cream, oil and corn.
    Blend cornmeal, salt and baking powder.
    Add to first mixture.
    Blend well and pour into oiled 8-inch square pan.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 30 to 45 minutes.
