Coconut-Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. oil
    5 eggs
    2 c. pureed squash
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. coconut pudding and pie filling mix
    1 c. favorite chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat oil, eggs and squash together.
    Sift next 6 ingredients together; stir in pudding mixture and add nuts.
    Add to pumpkin mixture; mix until well moistened.
    Place batter in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
