Cruiser'S Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head of cabbage, shredded
    1 container 3-bean salad mix (reserve liquid)
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    Optional: chopped cucumber, red or green pepper
Preparation
    Place cabbage in bottom of bowl.
    Layer 3-bean salad on cabbage.
    Top with chopped vegetables.
    Add seasonings as desired (salt, pepper, celery seed).
    Pour reserved liquid marinade over all.
    Add additional vinaigrette if necessary.
    Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
