Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 apples, sliced thin
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick oleo, melted
cinnamon
Preparation

Slice the apples and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and beaten eggs with a fork. Spread mixture over the apples.
Drizzle the melted oleo over all. Sprinkle with the cinnamon and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Delicious with ice cream or whipped cream on top.
