Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 sweet pepper, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook lima beans moderately (do not overcook).
    Drain and add 1 stick of margarine while beans are still hot.
    Add remaining ingredients; top with crushed Ritz crackers and dabs of butter. Bake for about 20 minutes, but do not overcook.
