Creamy Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope onion or onion-mushroom soup mix
4 c. hot, mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. margarine

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine potatoes, soup mix and cream cheese.
Add eggs.
Turn into buttered 1
1/2-quart baking dish.
Dot with 1 tablespoon of margarine.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
Serves 8.
