Lemon Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks (or 3 eggs)
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. oleo
juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream (optional)
Preparation

Cook in double boiler until thickened.
When cooled, add cream, if used.
Use over fruit.
Good with bananas, apples, pineapple, grapes, kiwi and nuts.
