Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. grated squash
    4 c. chopped onions
    4 chopped sweet peppers
    4 chopped hot peppers
    5 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. black pepper.
Preparation
    Let squash, onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers and salt set overnight.
    Next day, rinse in cold water and drain.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, dry mustard, turmeric, celery seed and black pepper. Bring to a boil after adding red sweet peppers.
