Chicken Cacciatore(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1 bay leaf
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1 frying chicken, cut up (about 3 lb.)
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    In a 3-quart microproof casserole, mix onion, green pepper and butter.
    Cook covered on High (max power) 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and flour; stir until smooth.
    Stir in all ingredients except chicken.
    Cover and cook on High (max power) 5 minutes. Add chicken pieces, immersing them in sauce.
    Cook, covered, on High (max power) 20 to 25 minutes until chicken is tender.
    Stir once during cooking.
    Allow to stand 5 minutes covered after cooking.
    Remove bay leaf and serve with rice.
