Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mash salmon; add flour, cornmeal, soda, eggs and buttermilk. Shape into balls, using 1 teaspoon for each ball.
    Fry in 2-inches hot fat until brown.
    Drain and serve hot.
