Little Pig Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
6 slices bread, cubed
2 c. milk
2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. link sausage, cooked and sliced
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In 9x13-inch casserole dish, layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese.
Beat eggs well, add milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over casserole and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
