Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white corn, drained
    1 can green peas, drained
    1 can French green beans, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped pimentos (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated or chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix all the vegetables.
    Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Yield:
    15 servings.
